Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated August 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and isn't allowed when using Landed's Solana RPC infrastructure (the "Service"). It's incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, export control, and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Facilitate or engage in fraud, theft, or the transfer of proceeds of criminal activity.
  • Attack, degrade, or attempt to disrupt Landed's infrastructure or that of any other party — including denial-of-service activity, intentional traffic amplification, or attempts to bypass rate limits or plan restrictions.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of Landed's systems without our prior written authorization.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide bulk access to your endpoint or API keys to third parties as a competing service, without a separate written agreement with Landed.
  • Share API keys or endpoints outside your own organization in a way that circumvents plan limits.
  • Send spam transactions or traffic intended to degrade the Solana network or other users' experience of it.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the origin of your traffic when communicating with us.

2. Rate limits and fair use

Each plan is subject to the request-rate and connection limits described on our Pricing page or your order confirmation. Deliberately structuring traffic across multiple accounts or keys to exceed the limits of your plan is a violation of this AUP.

3. API key security

You're responsible for keeping API keys and endpoint access confidential and for all traffic sent using them. Report suspected compromise immediately to our team.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access — with notice where practicable and immediately where we reasonably believe there is an ongoing risk to our infrastructure, other customers, or legal compliance. Suspension or termination for a confirmed AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund; see our Refund Policy.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe another user of the Service is violating this policy, let us know at our team.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
