Terms of Service
Last updated August 27, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Solana RPC infrastructure service ("Service") provided by Landed Technologies ("Landed", "we", "us", or "our"), operating at landed.sarl. By submitting an order, signing a plan confirmation, or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Landed operates Solana JSON-RPC (and, where noted, WebSocket subscription) endpoints across multiple geographic regions, currently Hong Kong, Frankfurt, New York, Tokyo, and Singapore. Access is provisioned on a per-plan basis as described on our Pricing page or in a separate order confirmation, and is subject to the rate limits, API key allowances, and other technical limits of the plan purchased.
Landed does not operate the Solana network itself and is not responsible for the behavior, availability, consensus, or finality of the underlying blockchain. We provide access to it.
2. Onboarding, Plans & Orders
Plans are provisioned directly by our team: you contact us by email or Telegram, confirm the tier and terms that apply to your account, and we issue access. Your order confirmation or invoice, together with these Terms, form the agreement between you and Landed.
We may change how the Service is provisioned or billed over time. Such changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an existing order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are as set out in your order confirmation or invoice, denominated in USD or HKD as agreed. Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and levies unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any such amounts other than taxes on Landed's net income.
All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described below.
5. API Keys & Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding any API keys, endpoints, or credentials issued to you, and for all activity that occurs using them. Notify our team immediately if you believe a key has been compromised. We may rotate or revoke a key at our discretion where we reasonably suspect misuse.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement with a Customer, Landed makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, response time, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream Solana network conditions, and factors outside our control may affect availability.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable, if: (a) an invoice remains unpaid after notice; (b) we reasonably believe the Acceptable Use Policy has been violated; (c) required by law or a competent authority; or (d) continued provision of the Service would expose Landed to legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service, or request cancellation of future billing, at any time by contacting our team.
8. Changes to the Service or Plans
We may modify, add to, or discontinue features of the Service, and may update plan pricing or limits for future billing periods. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an active plan.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Landed's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Landed in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Landed harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
Landed retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its infrastructure, software, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Landed's trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will use the other's confidential information (including non-public pricing, infrastructure, and technical information) solely to perform its obligations under these Terms, and will protect it with reasonable care.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above and, where you have an active plan, communicated to the contact details on file.
